Airbnbs and vacation rentals are also a great option in the area, especially for families, groups, or guests who would prefer a little more space during the weekend.
We encourage booking early, as January is a popular time to visit Central Florida.
Charming Tavares Option
Citrus on the Lake is a boutique hotel in Tavares, ideal for guests who want to enjoy restaurants, shops, and a more walkable area during the weekend.
A lovely option if you’d like to pair the wedding weekend with time in one of Central Florida’s most charming neighborhoods.
Resort in Clermont

This is a great fit for anyone planning to extend their stay and explore nearby towns, lakes, and local charm beyond the wedding weekend.
Great for Groups & Families
Airbnbs and vacation rentals can be a great option for guests who would like more space or are traveling with family and friends.
When searching, we recommend looking around Howey-in-the-Hills, Tavares, Clermont, Mount Dora, or Winter Garden.
Winter Garden is a wonderful option for guests who plan to visit the theme parks during their stay. It is a bit farther from the venue than the other recommended areas, but it offers convenient access to the Disney and Universal areas while still providing a charming downtown atmosphere with restaurants, shops, and local events.
Most guests flying in will want to use Orlando International Airport (MCO).
From there, guests may choose a rental car, rideshare service, or hotel transportation if available.
The venue is located in Howey-in-the-Hills, a quieter area outside Orlando, so we recommend planning transportation in advance.
- Consider renting a car if you plan to explore the area.
- Rideshare may be easiest for guests staying relatively nearby.
- Please allow extra travel time on the wedding day and plan to arrive early.
Guest note: staying closer to the venue will make wedding-day travel much easier.
