Suit Rental Info

Overall Look
We’re going with a clean, classic look for the day, navy suits with a maroon / burgundy / merlot tie, brown belt, and brown shoes. Nothing too over the top, just something sharp that all comes together really well.

Jacket / Suit
We’ll be using Men’s Wearhouse for suit rentals. You can get measured at any location near you.

If you don’t want to travel with your suit, you can have it sent to this location for pickup:

If you’re planning to pick it up in Florida, just make sure you’re here early enough in case anything needs adjusting.

Pants
Pants come with the suit rental. Just make sure everything fits well when you go in for your measurements so we’re all looking good day-of.

Shirt
The dress shirt is included in the rental. Same thing here, just make sure it fits right when you try everything on.

Tie / Bow Tie
Groomsmen will be wearing a maroon / burgundy / merlot tie. If Men’s Wearhouse doesn’t have exactly what we’re looking for, I’ll take care of getting those for everyone.

Shoes
Brown dress shoes are the move. You can use the ones included in the rental, or wear your own if you already have a pair that works.

Accessories
You’ll just need to bring your own brown belt. Socks are included, but I may have something for you guys to wear instead so we’re all matching.

Groom vs. Groomsmen Differences
I’ll be in a maroon / burgundy / merlot suit with a navy bow tie, just to stand out a bit. Everything will still tie together really well. Boutonniere details are still being figured out and I’ll share those closer to the wedding.

Attire Timeline & Deadlines
Try to get your measurements done about 1–2 months before the wedding so everything is set in time.

You’ll want to try your suit on about 4 days before the wedding. You can do that at home or in Florida; whatever’s easier! Just make sure there’s enough time to fix anything if needed.

Suits get returned the day after the wedding. If that’s tough for anyone, don’t worry, I can help return them.

Responsibilities

Before the Wedding
Main thing here is just staying on top of suit measurements, travel plans, and any updates that get posted in the portal. Nothing too crazy.

Wedding Weekend
Be around, be on time, and help keep the weekend fun and low-stress. That mostly means showing up where you need to be, helping keep things moving, and just being present for the big moments.

Wedding Day
On the day itself, I mainly just need you guys ready on time, dressed, and available for photos, the ceremony, and anything else that comes up. A lot of it is really just helping keep the energy up and the day moving smoothly.
